My laundry has just been completed and We are very pleased with the results. The staff were accommodating, professional and friendly throughout. They were also on time for each appointment and the communication was prompt. I would certainly recommend and use Freedomcabinet again.

All staff including Helen, Justin, Alan, and Sean are very friendly and helpful. You can 100% trust these lovely people. Helen spent more than 2 hours in store with us designing our kitchen cabinets. Installation is not that hard if you have the right tools and a bit of experience, but let them do a complete service for you to save time and achieve a better result. My wife and I love the cabinets. :)

Best customer service ever I experienced

Had an IKEA kitchen for years, ended up getting destroyed by an invisible leak. Looked around for a cabinet maker to cut out some of the hassle but was also looking at IKEA and Bunnings depending on price.Contacted Justin then went up to the Showroom to see Helen, found out that not only do they do cabinets which are much more sturdy than IKEA and Bunnings, but they also do stone(!!!!) benchtops. The range isn't huge, you don't have many options, but the options you do have are absolutely stunning.Helen and Justin were amazing with the design and the quote. The quote was so much more affordable than I was expecting! I've got an entirely new kitchen including high end appliances from a place around the corner which Helen recommended for under $15k including the stone benchtops.Installers arrived when they said they would and pointed out flaws to me as they found them, then went and got replacement parts and fixed the flaws when they came back to put the benchtops in.The whole process was effortless, my new kitchen looks fantastic, I couldn't be happier!Forget IKEA and Bunnings, go to Freedom Cabinets!

I had a fantastic experience with Freedom Cabinets. From the initial consultation, right through the cabinet and stone benchtop installation. Helens communication and dedication to customer satifaction made the process simple and stress free. I will definitely be using Freedom again when the time comes to renovate the laundry and bathroom.
