I ordered a pantry pullout system from Hafele Osborne park on the 17/4/23Michelle the sales rep said it would be max 1.5 weeks ex eastern statesI rang today having to chase them as their system obviously has no customer follow up flagged, and to my dismay she hadn’t ordered it.This is one of the reasons why the building industry is currently under so much pressure due to incompetence across the board.Don’t deal with them

I bought the Häfele 35mmDrill Bit & Marking Template from Bunnings. I had to open many of the packets on the shelf as the quality is appalling. Inconsistent cuts on the tool bit and extremely rough, if not shoddy construction. I have used many router bits and cutters in the past but this has to be one of the worst examples. I was in the middle of cutting cupboard inlets for door hinges so I had to make a quick purchase as I was in the middle of the project. I scrutinized the packaging and I see it's made in China. Bunnings should rename their store Chinese Junk Suppliers" as most of what they stock is Chinese rubbish - and this Häfele product is no exception."

Don’t you just love it when you go into a store with quality products and the assistant really knows there stuff! ❤️ Sinae helped us enormously with matching up some old Hafele cabinet hinges and ensured meticulously that we got the right ones! Perfect service…just as it should be. Just fitted them without any issues! Great job.

I went to Hafele to look at some quality fittings for my laundry and kitchen renovation. I am particularly interested in overhead cabinet hangers and railings. I really appreciated the professionalism and patience shown to me by Jacinta (sales representative) who worked really hard to assist me with my order.
