I ordered a customized recliner chair which took about 6 months to be made but it was not built to my specifications. Dankz agreed to make another chair which met the initial specifications. It was another 5 or 6 months of waiting and full payment had been made.After a few months of use it seems well made and is comfortable.Taking 12 months to get the chair was too long. The customer service that I received in terms of handling a product that was not made to my specifications was fine.

Really good in-store, contact and delivery experience. Pricing was great and had the custom lounge within 8 weeks rather than the 6+ months I’d waited for a competitors lounge built overseas. Quality of the lounge is excellent and it came with cushions at no extra cost! The delivery and setup process was seamless and they took away all the packaging. Very happy.

We now have 2 couches from Dankz and we are so impressed. Comfortable and easy to clean when needed. The service was amazing and the delivery with no rubbish is so convenient. We wouldn’t buy a couch from anywhere else considering how reasonable the prices are!

We really wanted furniture made in WA so went straight to Dankz Joondalup. Very happy with the choice and service; received new sofas within estimated timeline and also very impressed with the delivery service.
